Slim Down Sundays -- Volume 7 (on a tuesday)

One of the bloggers that I stalk follow, Natalie, has started a Trim Down Thursdays challenge to motivate and document her weight loss success. I've decided to come out of hiding and link up with my journey, so here goes nothing!

Update from Last Week: The 4th went well. I indulged a little but was still able to keep it under control. yay me!
Weigh In: Saturday, July 7, at meeting, 175 lbs, down 0.8 lbs. 

My Weekly Motivation: I lost a total of 15 pounds since starting. That is more than my monster, who yesterday weighed 14.7 pounds.

Exercise: Nothing new.

Share the Wisdom of Others:

First Degree Goal: Pre-pregnancy weight of 172 pounds. SO very close now!!
Second Degree Goal: Find an activity that I enjoy in order to add in some exercise. Still working on this...

Ultimate Goal: 140 pounds/feel good in my skin/fit in single digit size clothing.

  1. Hooray for a loss!! How long have you been doing it? I can't wait till I can say I've lost 15 lbs. Hopefully not too much longer!
