Game plan

The scale is moving the wrong direction again. Here's what I'm going to do to reset.

1. Cut down on sugar... Way down.
2. Come up with good snacks and keep them on hand.
3. Watch portion sizes.
4. Up water consumption.
5. Plan ahead. 
6. Keep track of what I'm eating. 
7. Move every day, even a little bit.
