One month update

As of Saturday (my weigh-in day), April 7, I have lost ... 6 pounds toward my #4 goal for 30b430. Yay for me!!!

as for my other 30b430 goals, i am slowly but surely working on them and eventually I will post about them. :) I hope.

    my sister's been on a huge weight loss kick. she hasn't changed what she eats, but she stopped eating a couple hours before bed. and she did couch 2 5k [which might not work with your schedule - new baby and all], but the not eating before bed thing has really helped her.

    my diet plan -- get strep, don't eat for 2 weeks, lose weight. painful but effective. :)
